Our Process

Our Process

The following documents are required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to be verified and authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Labor Attache in client country:

  • Manpower Request Letter Addressed to POEA and/or Orange International – Letter informing the POEA of Client’s Manpower requirements which will be recruited by Orange International indicating the number of staff per position, specific positions needed, basic salaries per month (in US$), and basic employment package/benefits;

  • Special Power of Attorney – Appointing Orange International to recruit, process and deploy Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) on clients’ behalf;

  • Master Employment Contract – Indicating salary and other employment benefits and work condition. Contingency Plan (in case of war) signed by the client’s representative should be attached;

  • Business Registration or Certificate of Registration – Copy of client’s business/commercial registration or license with English translation if applicable;

  • Visa Assurance – or any equivalent document stating entry visa to be used by the candidates
